Yes! All of our teas are certified organic from their authentic root countries! All matcha is made in Japan for example, and certified organic loose leaf tea is delivered to our customers!

We stand behind all of our products! If you aren't 100% satisfied you may return as long as no more than 20% of the teas were used!
